Visualising the building model from orthographic views is part of the design process. The intricacy of the project and the designer’s experience determine how accurate the design is.
These days, aluminium formwork is widely used, and finding experienced designers is becoming difficult.
Mismatched panels and panel clashes with the concrete or one another are among the issues the developers deal with. Correcting these errors is a time-consuming & costly affair.
We overcome these difficulties by using BIM software. The panel design is carried out on a 3d model.
My design engineers are independent of their visualising capabilities, as the 3d model is in front of them. They place appropriate panels in the right places in the model.
After the panelling process is finished, a clash detection test is conducted. After resolving the conflicts, we start creating fabrication drawings.
